WHITELIST REQUIREMENTS

Overall Whitelist Requirements

To apply for whitelisting, you must meet all of the following baseline requirements. These are non-negotiable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Age Requirement

You must be over the age of 18.

Experience Requirement

You must be an experienced vMenu-based roleplay player with a minimum of 6 months of experience. You are expected to already understand the basics, including spawning and customizing peds, vehicles, and other common vMenu functions without assistance.

Game Ownership

You must own a legal copy of Grand Theft Auto V.

Technical Requirements

You must have a quality PC and stable network connection. FMRP is a resource-heavy environment and you must be free from frequent network lag, texture loss, or persistent graphical issues that negatively impact roleplay.

Audio Requirements

You must have a quality microphone and a developed voice.

Behavioral Standards

You must be free from any disqualifying mental or behavioral conditions as outlined below.

Mental and Behavioral Standards

FMRP adheres to baseline medical and behavioral standards modeled after U.S. Department of Defense guidance (DoDI 6130.03). These standards exist to ensure long-term community stability, consistency, and trust.

Neurodivergence

Any diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is an automatic disqualification. No exceptions.

Gender Standards

Applicants must participate under their biological sex assigned at birth. Any diagnosis of gender dysphoria or history of medical transition is disqualifying. This does not prevent roleplaying as a different sex or gender in-game.

Mental Stability

Depression or anxiety is disqualifying if treatment was required for more than 12 cumulative months, or if any inpatient care was needed. Applicants must be symptom-free and off medication for a minimum of 36 months prior to applying.

Any history of self-harm or suicidal ideation within the last 24 months is an immediate disqualification.

Any history of psychosis, Bipolar Disorder, or Cluster B personality disorders is a permanent disqualification.

Substance Use

Any history of drug or alcohol dependence or rehabilitation within the last 24 months is disqualifying.

Exceptions

This is the community we are intentionally building. Please be respectful of that, and be honest with both yourself and us. There are many other places to roleplay, and we value quality over numbers.

For that reason, the only exception offered is a minimum age of 17 for applicants with qualifying experience.
