ONBOARDING PROCEDURES

Here is the full onboarding process from start to finish. This is shown here so expectations are clear before you begin.

1

Initial Whitelist Application

This is what you are doing right now. Average duration is about 30 minutes. Once submitted, management will decide within 24 hours whether to proceed to an interview.

2

Interview with Management Team

Average duration is about 10 minutes. This is a short, conversational interview to clarify your application and ensure expectations are aligned.

3

Rules Test

A 10 question multiple choice pass/fail test based on the server rules. Total average time is about 20 minutes, with most of that spent reviewing the rules and finding the answers. This test exists to ensure you understand how the server is governed and the most important expectations.

Whitelisted Status Achieved

After completing all whitelist steps, you will be officially whitelisted and receive the @Whitelisted role. While that is an important milestone, your journey is not over yet and you will still not be able to join the server at this point. Total time to reach this stage is roughly one to one and a half hours, depending on the applicant.

4

Civilian Onboarding

Civilian onboarding begins once you have the Whitelisted role. You will gain access to the civilian onboarding website, which contains a self-guided, self-paced onboarding tool similar to an online course focused on being a strong civilian roleplayer. This is a pass/fail process, fully automated, and should take no more than 30 minutes for most applicants.

5

Join the Server

Once civilian onboarding is complete, you will be able to join the server. You must accumulate approximately 20 hours of roleplay before you are able to create or toggle priorities.

6

Probationary Phase

During this probationary phase, you may only participate in civilian roleplay or very minor, non-violent criminal roleplay. You may be involved in priorities on the receiving end, but you may not create or lead your own priorities.

7

20 Hour Milestone

After reaching the 20 hour mark, you will receive an automated message prompting the next step. Your role will be updated and you will continue progressing through the system.

Full Member Status

Once you become a full civilian, you may apply for LEO or begin automated onboarding for civilian businesses and PCFR. Staff applications become available after 50 hours of playtime.
